AJ has a direct but warm approach. She studied Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy at Naropa University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Neurosciences from the University of Wisconsin. She began her career in infant mental health and parent coaching, realizing the significance of early experiences and attachment relationships in shaping our identities and interactions.

In her spare time, AJ enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and rock climbing.
